By using Sellergate you agree that the app reads TikTok Shop data through your authorised connection to present analytics. The service is provided as-is for the connected sandbox or production shop.

Acceptable use. Access only shops you are authorised to manage. Do not attempt to use the app to exceed the granted scopes.

Availability. Figures reflect the most recent successful sync. A stale or expired token surfaces an in-app notice with the fix.
