Privacy policy

Sellergate connects to the TikTok Shop Partner API on behalf of the shop owner who authorises it. We request exactly three scopes: seller.order.info, seller.product.basic, and seller.finance.info, and use them only to display the analytics you see in this app.

What we store. Order, product, and statement records returned by the API, cached to render your dashboards. Credentials (app_secret, access_token, shop_cipher) are held server-side only and never sent to the browser.

What we never do. We do not sell data, write or mutate anything in your shop, or request scopes beyond the three above.

Deletion. Disconnect the shop to revoke access; cached records are purged within 30 days.
